چکیده

The present research paper deals with the study of heat and mass transfer characteristics steady viscous incompressible two-dimensional Maxwell fluid flow past a stretching sheet under influence magnetic field Soret effect. A well-known non-Newtonian model is used to differentiate it from Newtonian fluids. physical problem gives set highly nonlinear-coupled partial differential equations that are not amenable any direct techniques. resultant nonlinear system reduced ordinary by using suitable similarity transformations. Due inadequacy analytical techniques, bvp4c MATLAB function solve developed equations. simulated results shown for various values parameters in regime. Additionally, numerical skin-friction coefficient, heat, rates calculated tabularized. From investigation, observed normal axial velocity profiles decreased enhancing parameter. Increasing Prandtl Schmidt numbers reduces temperature concentration region, respectively. parameter decreases profile magnifies field. increasing number increases Comparison current solutions available indicates accuracy guarantee method.

Effect of Nonlinear Thermal Radiation on MHD Chemically Reacting Maxwell Fluid Flow Past a Linearly Stretching Sheet

This communication addresses the influence of nonlinear thermal radiation on magneto hydrodynamic Maxwell fluid flow past a linearly stretching surface with heat and mass transfer. The effects of heat generation/absorption and chemical reaction are taken into account. At first, we converted the governing partial differential equations into nonlinear ordinary differential equations with the help...

Magnetohydrodynamics Fluid Flow and Heat Transfer over a Permeable Shrinking Sheet with Joule dissipation: Analytical Approach

A laminar, two dimensional, steady boundary layer Newtonian conducting fluid flow passes over a permeable shrinking sheet in the presence of a uniform magnetic field is investigated. The governing equations have converted to ordinary nonlinear differential equations (ODE) by using appropriate similarity transformations. The main idea is to transform ODE with infinite boundary condition into oth...

An analysis is carried out to study the mixed convection partial slip flow of a Casson fluid over a vertically stretching sheet with convective boundary condition. In particular, we investigate the effects of different parameters such as magnetic, mixed convection, Casson, convective, slip, Prandtl number in the presence of joule heating. The governing partial differential equations are transfo...

Heat Transfer in a Micropolar Fluid over a Stretching Sheet with Newtonian Heating

This article looks at the steady flow of Micropolar fluid over a stretching surface with heat transfer in the presence of Newtonian heating. The relevant partial differential equations have been reduced to ordinary differential equations. The reduced ordinary differential equation system has been numerically solved by Runge-Kutta-Fehlberg fourth-fifth order method. Influence of different involv...
